For the best shopping experience, Wish presents you with items you may be interested in based on ones you’ve recently viewed. The problem is if you’re no longer interested in those items, how do you delete them from your recently viewed list?
Unfortunately, this function is not available in Wish. However, the good news is we’ll be taking you through workarounds for removing those items. We’ll also show you how to delete your order history and remove items from your Wishlist via various devices.
How to Delete Recently Viewed in the Wish App?
Since Wish does not allow removing recently viewed items, you can get around this block by replacing items in the list with new items you’d like to see more. Since the “recently viewed” list can hold up to 15 items, you’ll need to repeat the process 15 times to completely change the items in the list. Here’s how to change the items:
1. Search for Other Items
To search for a specific item or brand from an Android device:
- Sign in to your Wish account.
- At the top of the screen, select the search bar.
- Start typing an item’s name, then select it from the suggestions list.

Wish allows you to delete your order history. To do this from an Android device:

- To delete an order, select the trash bin, then “Yes” to confirm.
From an iOS device:
- Sign in to your Wish account.
- To access the menu, select the hamburger icon from the bottom right-hand corner.

3. Remove Items From Your Wishlist
You can also remove items no longer wanted from your Wishlist. To do this from an Android device:
- Sign in to your Wish account.
- From the top left-hand corner, select the hamburger menu.
- Select “View Wishlist.”
- Select the Wishlist with the items you want to remove.
- Select “Edit.”
- Select the products to remove.
- At the bottom of the screen select “Delete.”
From an iOS device:
- Sign in to your Wish account.
- From the bottom right-hand corner, select the hamburger menu.
- From the top, underneath your name, select “View Wishlist.”
- Select the Wishlist from which you want to remove items.
- Select “Edit.”
- Select the products to remove.
- At the bottom of the screen, select “Delete.”
From a computer:
- Navigate to www.wish.com and sign in to your account.
- Select your profile picture from the top right-hand corner.
- From the “Wishlist” option, select the Wishlist you want to edit.
- Select “Edit Wishlist.”
- Check the boxes of the items you want to remove.
- Select “Remove,” then “Yes” to confirm.
- Once complete, select “Done.”

Note: You will only be able to delete your Wish account if it’s in the scope of applicable privacy laws.
Before permanently deleting or deactivating your account, ensure you don’t have a Wish Cash balance, or any orders being processed.
To delete your account via mobile/desktop:
1. Log into your account.
2. Select “Settings,” then “Account Settings.”
3. At the bottom of the page, select “Manage Account.” There you will see options to deactivate or permanently delete your account.
4. Go over the information provided, then select “Permanently Delete Account.” You’ll be asked to verify account ownership via email or text.
5. Select either option, follow the received instructions, then enter your verification code.
6. After verification, select a reason for deletion, then select “Continue.”
To deactivate your account via your phone:
1. Sign in to your Wish account.
2. Select” Settings,” then “Account Settings.”
